Applied through job board and received an invite for on-site interview with HR within the week. Handful of applicants were there where we filled-out personal data sheet before interview with junior HR. After this I took personality & aptitude tests, then another interview with senior HR mostly the same questions from the data sheet and junior HR. The process took almost the entire day.
