I received the initial screening call, had a good conversation, and was told I was absolutely qualified for the job and they would be back in touch the early part of the following week. Then nothing. Totally ghosted. Tried to contact them and no response at all. Completely unprofessional though it does explain why they need a CS department, though they should start with the internal client. Fortunately I had other companies I was speaking to and I accepted and offer with someone else.

Very standard interview process, phone interview with recruiter, phone interview with hiring manager, in person interview with team members.
I was given an offer below my requested range, when I countered the offer, I was ghosted. I followed up with the recruiter multiple times before hearing back that he’d follow up shortly. I never heard anything.
Applied online and received an interview request within a week. It was fairly clear that the interviewer already had someone in the pipeline for the position as he was just going through the motions: dull, monotone, and non-conversational. He didn't ask any questions and was simply checking boxes on a Friday afternoon. A very good example of why companies shouldn't hire people to be recruiters that have never worked a "big kid" job before (no work experience - has only been a recruiter).
