A 90 minute conversation about coding and previous experience. As this was for an associate position I was asked about very basic college level concepts and how they relate to the business world. I was also given the opportunity to ask my own questions about the company as I was pretty reluctant to switch from my prior job at first. It was a fun and engaging conversation.
