First round is a phone interview with a recruiter, second is a video interview with two junior managers, third round is a video interview with two senior managers. Everything was fine, however, the recruiter simply ghosted me after the third interview. I never received a return call or email regarding denial or reasons. That was pretty unprofessional. The process also takes months between each round. It is very long and drawn out. A waste of people's time unfortunately.
