It was pretty easy and straightfoward. My interviewer was very nice and open and we talked a lot about why I wanted to have this job and what I would bring to the table.

There are multiple rounds of interviews, questionnaires, and a 3 hour zoom interview. The three hour interview includes an hour of individual interview, an hour of information and hearing from previous organizers, and an hour of writing.
