Great State interview questions

Teams interview with an account director and a client services rep, confusing messaging as the teams invite said it was not a teams interview followed by a teams link. The interview itself was pretty straight forward, although it sounds like they are currently going through some changes and are not quite informed or aligned on the company direction.
