I applied online. I interviewed at Great Hearts Academies
Interview
For an online teaching position. It was a pretty easy process. I applied online, asked to give a Digital Interview, and then I was interviewed over Zoom by two Headmasters and one Assistant Headmaster and they were so great and made it so easy. It was quick, about 20 minutes long, and they made me feel very comfortable.
Thanks so much for your constructive feedback and sharing your experiences.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Great Hearts Academies (Texas City, TX) in Jan 2025
Interview
They were disorganized and incoherent. It took a while to get back to me. They couldn't answer basic questions I had about the premise of the organization. If you don't care whether or not the employees understand their own mission, by all means go for it.
