I had a wonderful interview with Cara Weddington from Great Hearts, and the experience left a very positive impression of the school. Cara was warm, attentive, and genuinely interested in understanding my teaching style and how I support students in learning mathematics. Her questions were thoughtful and focused on clarity of instruction, student engagement, and how I help learners build confidence through problem-solving. She also took the time to explain the school’s culture and expectations, which made the conversation feel balanced and informative. Overall, the interview felt supportive and encouraging, and it strengthened my interest in joining the Great Hearts community.
