Interview
It was a joke, they bring anyone through the door as long as they're not dangerous. The true hiring process is 3 day trial run, if you can't raise enough money they fire you without hesitation. You'll have no training so you better hope you're talented at canvassing/you have a good field supervisor.
Position had been filled and no one cancelled the interview , really unprofessional and very unorganized waited in the virtual meeting space for over 15 minutes before I reached out to someone so that they could tell me the position had already been filled
Interview process is fair and straightforward, and is an accurate forecast of the work/coworker culture. Grassroots requires logically, ethically, and emotionally apt people to exist and if that particular interview does not go well it does not suggest it will be a good fit. If it does, you will work hard with some of the best people of your life.

I interviewed and never heard anything yet, I keep getting invited to apply again??? I don’t do business with disorganized companies at all. I am very particular about being organized. I am I know I am qualified. May be this is why my interviewer was falling asleep during my interview???😂
