There is a coding test followed by interviews. However the recruitment process was messy and inefficient. The HR does not have a clear idea of what types of candidates they want.

I spoke with a quantitative trader. He first introduced himself, then asked me to introduce myself. We discussed my PhD research. He asked me about my machine learning experience. He asked me to rank my top three programming languages from a scale from 1 to 10. He asked me why I’m interested in finance, then let me ask questions.
