This interview was pretty easy. It really feels more like a conversation than an interview. Be prepared for a lot of situational type questions. You can tell the company wants to make sure you are a good personality fit, but they also want to see that you know what you are talking about.

On-site full day interview with 4 people. Walked us through a plant. Was more convincing young engineers to work for them than actually choosing people. Heard back within 3 days.
