I walked into the restaurant, asked if they were hiring and filled out an application. Their application had 10 or so questions such as "Who is a historical figure you admire and why" and "What is your definition of happiness?" Then my application was given to the supervisor and since he was available, he chose to interview me right then. Afterwards he wanted me to meet the manager and let her interview me. Since I was only available for seasonal work the manager told me they were unable to hire me.
