First had an-campus interview through my university's career center. The interview was pretty standard (what are your strengths and weaknesses, etc.). From there, you get invited on- site through a few rounds of interviews.

What would be your process if you had to come up with a business solution in little time?

Interview
One screening with Manager , two rounds with team forty five mins each. Mostly ML , Deep Learning and Resume Based Questions. The questions were easy to medium. The results were communicated in 3 days.

Got an interview after a networking event hosted by my school. I had 2 interviewers in 30-minute back to back interviews. The questions were all behavioral, and were in a conversational setting.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Grainger (Lake Forest, IL) in Oct 2023
Interview
I applied online from out of state, received an interview ask about a month later, two back to back 30 minute interviews on Wednesday. Got the offer on Friday. They were very nice, helpful, and made me excited in a company I had never heard of.
