I got an email from a recruiter soon after applying. We did a phone screen that went really well and I was told they were looking to fill the position quickly so I should get called for an in person interview soon. I sent a thank you email plus two follow up emails over the next few weeks with zero response from the recruiter.
Easy they asked the usual interview questions about motivation, experience and competencies. The interview lasted 30 minutes and they gave me time to ask some additional questions to answer to my doubts.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Grainger (Lake Forest, IL)

Recieved phone interview with recruiter
Then had 1 panel interview 1 hr long with hiring Supervisor
One week later had another 1 hr panel interview with the DM
A few days later got the call from recruiter and job offer letter.
Interview questions where all STAR format, intense but not bad if you are prepared.
