Grace Lutheran Communities interview questions

Met with DON, Administrator, and Unit manager. Asked about experiences and skills. Once salary met my expectations I was asked to start the next day. Had submitted resume online and was residentold of the area. Spent about an hour in interview and tour.

Sat down with the Clinical operations Director and Administrator for about an hour. Talked about previous experience and how I would handle certain situations. Was able to ask questions and felt comfortable during the interview.
