The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Google in Oct 2010

      Interview

After a long process I was finally called in for a face to face interview which was interesting, thought provoking. I enjoyed the interview and was told that it went well and should hear from them within2 weeks. Got further positive feedback from the consultant who had originally set up the interview and about 3 wks later and email saying I was unsuccessful... I would have appreciated a bit of constructive feedback.

      Interview

Too many interviews. I declined to continue. If you can’t decide after multiple interviews you have a broken process. I was interviewing for a recruiter role and I didn’t want my candidates to be out in the same position.

Hey there are some great articles out there on the internet for cracking Google interviews. Please do go through this as they're really helpful. You will mostly have 3-4 sometimes 5 rounds of interviews and all of them will test a combination of skills that you've mentioned in the post above.
