Interview
Overall it was a very good experience. The entire process from the time I applied to when I got the job offer took about two months. I applied through a staffing company, since this is a contractor role. There were two 30 minute Google Meets interviews on the same day. The first interview is more behavioral questions, and the second interview had some case questions with a written portion on a Google doc. Both interviewers were very friendly and informative and gave great answers to the questions I asked. They made me feel less nervous. I’m very glad I got this opportunity to interview with Google.

The interview process at Google for the role of recruiting coordinator was pretty easy to be honest. There is an English grammar test which is followed by an interview. The interviewer goes through the relevant skills and experience

Interview
Technical phone screen, recruiter interview, 3 virtual interviews with hiring managers and team members, encompassing situational, behavioral, and technical questions. One interview includes role-specific live exercises for Recruiting Coordinator position.
Interview process was lengthy. Had me go through a series of interviews and practice rounds. Did not get the role. But had a great experience with the recruiter. Was surprised to even get an interview with all the layoffs happening
