Smooth process but took a very long time, communication could of been better between each phase but overall got to chat with nice people and learned a lot. Didnt get an offer

Question 1
Basic walkthrough of projects explaining design process and being able to explain design rationale for every decision.
A pre screen round and then multiple interview rounds. Asked a typical “tricky” question about how I would redesign the local airport. Overall a fair interview and I know where I fell down.
