First with Recruiter, then with Manager for functional evaluation. After that, 3 peers to evaluate Role Related Knowledge, General Cognitive Ability, Googlyness and Leadership. Questions were similar to what is found in Glassdoor

Google tem um processo claro, consistente e eficiente, consegue sem terrrorização extrair do candidato o seu melhor e decidir se ele está apto ou não para a vaga, o processo tem explicações claras das etapas, uma Business partner que te acompanha caso tenha dúvidas é um Feedback ( um grande diferencial)
