Round 1- Screening by Hiring Manager. Basically role related knowledge.
Round 2- Leadership (situation based question to understand candidate's ability to deal with work pressure, escalation, ambiguity etc)
Round 3- Googliness (to match fitment with Goggle's culture)
Round 4- Case Study round (to assess tech skills related to the domain)
They took almost 2.5 months to reject me; Hiring process is really slow!
