Had screener and next day callback. Conversational with a few behavioral questions sprinkled in there. Overall got along well with the partners and associates and had great conversations. Got the callback an hour after the screener so things seemed to be moving pretty quick.

Interview
Screener was with a junior associate over zoom. Call-back was with 4 senior partners in person, a conversation with each for roughly 30 minutes back to back. They sent me an automated rejection email three days after the call back interview. Overall, everyone was friendly, and nice, a bit sad about not getting the job.

I first had a twenty minute screening interview with a partner at the firm and then had a one hour callback interview with four different attorneys. The callback interview was casual but there were several tough behavioral questions that I needed to be prepared for.
