It was an easy process from submitting my online application, after 3 day they call me for an in person interview which took 10 minutes. A week later I started working
Very easy, they mostly are just curious on your availability and why pick Goodwill and occasionally ask what your strongest skill is. On top of that they are very friendly and it feels a lot like a conversation other than a stern interview.

Interview
1st round is a group interview with other interviewees and 2nd is one-on-one. You have to make sure you arrive at the Hiring Center before 9 with your application printed out.
