Easy-going and positive. They get straight to the point and are always open to need workers. I actually went in there simply asking if they had any open positions and they interviewed me on the spot! They also took on a tour of the back area the same day as well.

It felt just like having a genuine conversation with my manager—warm, open, and welcoming. The experience was comfortable and engaging, and I’d gladly recommend it to anyone seeking a positive, friendly interaction.
It was pretty cool place to work for a first job, management was cool and the other employees as well. Some times you get swamped with donations, but you catch on quick.

Interview
The interview went well the managers where easy to talk to. Very knowledgeable with policy's of the company. Very friendly and welcoming. The benefits are good. And you get paid to help your community .
