Interviewed and heard back in two days via email they had hired internally. Seemed like it would be great company to work for. Interview was one on one in a hotel lobby. There was about 20 questions.

Apply online for the position. Talk with managers and district managers. Train for several months at the store they need help at, then get the job offer. The job has not been officially offered to me yet. I am still in training.
