The process was done into 2 parts, Hiring manager and line manager.

They really looking a fit on personality, culture and also knowledge.
I was not selected as I am 100% sale and creating a sales team and not enough background enablement. The both interview were open and does not follow the standard academic one which is a good point.

There was a first phone interview with the HR representative which lasted about 30 minutes and aimed at verifying the possessed skills and reasons for applying. This was followed by a second 45 minutes interview with the Vice President to discuss the specifics of the role and why the candidate feels they would be a good fit. I did not move past this stage, but I was informed that the next steps would have been an interview with Marketing, followed by a practical exercise (creating a training plan and presenting it to a panel).

Great interview experience. The interview process was very well organised. Clear guidance during every step. HR and Sales teams were professional and approachable. What I really appreciate is the transparency and the great work culture and values
