I filled out application then one interview on-site with store manager and supervisor. Very straightforward, they ask questions about your retail experience, what you want from the role, and how you’d deal with the sensitive nature of the position.

Extensive. I had a phone interview, then in person (was rejected due to looking too alternative). Was asked by a different manager to apply again, interviewed with her, then with both of them, then was finally hired.
