Good Samaritan Hospital (Indiana) interview questions

HR did first phone interview, then followed by surgical services directly. After that you will meet with other key members of the surgical services team. My interview was a group interview with the charges nurse, director, an anesthesiologist as well. They all took turns asking questions.

Very formal but warm and comfortable, very direct about the requirements and duties expected. Ended with a tour of the facility which is helpful in decision making process. Overall a more pleasant experience than usual, must dress formal.
