I applied through a job posting board. There was a phone interview followed by an in-person interview with the CEO and the position's director. I was called back for a second interview with a panel of directors from each department. The communication throughout the interview process was clear, consistent and timely. The interview was focused on culture, ethics, mission and values. I found the transparency to be enlightening.
