The interview process is professional, clean, and inspiring. Each person that I've spoken with has seemed to have a great balance of EQ/IQ and are on top of their game.
The first round is with a hiring manager. The second includes a mock call that they give you the tools to prepare for. The third with two more execs.

Interview process was great. Definetly competive as they want the best of the best. Be prepared as much as you possibly can. Definetly one of the better companies to work at.

Interviewed with SDR manager, then other SDR manager for mock call, then final interview with a different SDR manager. All people were very nice. Interviews were pretty casual and standard. Gong has high expectations since it's a very competitive role, so take some time to prepare. Mock call was fun!

The interview process was four rounds. Phone screening, hiring manager, cold call exercise, and final round with another manager. The cold call exercise was a little intimidating initially, however, the manager gave great actionable feedback!
