Interview
Interview with managing member of Goldstalk and Private Client Investing Inc.
Managing member asks me to review a contract for them for free within 24 hours.
Interview with additional employee of Goldstalk.
Negotiation of pay with managing member.
Negotiation of job duties with managing member and additional employee.
Contract sent with disregard of job expectations and software requirements negotiated previously.
Conversation with managing member regarding discrepancy that led to:
- harrassment from managing member
- expectation of managing member to work without pay before contract was signed (statement that my attitude was not that of a team player if I did not)
- assertion that if I did not fall into line, he would ship this work out to the Phillipines.
The work he asked me to do (which differed from our previous negotiations) was to manage new high profile client contacts and make them feel at home. This work he would ship out to the Phillipines.
Note: I was asked by the managing partner to spend the night with him after pay was negotiated.
