Interview
Great experience! 2 step process: phone interview & in-person. The initial call back took over a month, so be patient. Other than that, everything was smooth. The questions asked were professional, the interviewees were kind, & the staff was welcoming from the start. The owner was also present, & quite nice! They were truly like a family & the GOLDEN RULE was definitely applicable!

Interview
Waste of time - the person who interviewed me (I assume it was the owner) had the wrong interview time on his calendar and I had to wait until he was ready, even though I had confirmed the time twice. Then, he didn't even know enough about the position to be able to ask questions without reading them from a notebook that he said was provided by a " consultant". I came close to stopping the interview and walking out - not really interested in working for someone who's not interested in getting to know me as a person and who doesn't know the job he's interview for well enough to be able to discuss it without a "cheat sheet". Hard pass on this company.

Interview
The company is advertised as in Des Moines/Indianola the company location is actually in Grimes. I applied for a manager position, during the interview the owner told me they would be hiring only Customer Service Reps and then they would compete for the managers position down the line sometime. The owner of the company interviewed me and was not friendly or forth coming, said his employees felt like a family although he was cold and off putting. I wasted alot of time doing detailed application and simple online IQ test for a position which doesnt exsist, in a location which is different than advertised with a person who acted like he was doing me a favor. I was way over qualified for a CSR position. Not exactly "do unto others as you would have them do unto you."
