Very easy interview they just asked me behavioral questions and also asked me about past experiences in the service industry. They also asked me how long I intend to work there and if I am applying to other positions
Super easy it was basically just a conversation and no questions were really asked. It was very laid back and I felt comfortable enough to laugh. The guy who interviewed me was super cool
Simple and straightforward process. Spoke with the General Manager and then the crew leader in charge of the server staff. The questions were basic questions dealing with customer service and conflict resolution. For example, recall and describe a tough situation with an angry or upset customer and what you said and did to rectify the situation?
