There were 3 phases of interviews that spanned a period of 2 weeks. My initial interview was an online technical screen interview accompanied by a Skype interview which mainly focused on JSF, Web Services, Hibernate and Spring related questions. The second interview was at their headquarters in Milford, CT with a panel of 3 interviewers who were all MIT graduates and was a combination of Java and analytical situational questions. The final interview was an all day affair at their McLean, VA location with their client services team where I met with four different teams. The interviews here ranged from focusing on technical questions to behavioral questions and concluded with a detailed presentation of the company's vision and recent achievements.
