Pretty basic questions were asked. Nothing domain related. Introduce yoursel, why btech before pursuing mba, ready to relocate or not. The process went smooth. The thing that they were looking for in a candidate is communication skills.

I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Godrej & Boyce Manufacturing (Noida) in Feb 2024
Interview
It was a very smooth and nice interview. First they sort students on the basis of Resume. G&B release the list of final candidates who are eligible to give their test and students who scored good marks make it to the Personal Interview. After the Interview, I thanked both of them.

First they asked me some basic Questions like Introduction, Hobbies, Why Godrej, what do you know about godrej, your inspiration, do you like travelling, family background and one basic Question regarding my studies - tell the difference between Marketing and Sales. They asked me whether I have any Questions for them - I asked what would be my working location.
