I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at GoDaddy in Dec 2014
Interview
I applied online then received a phone call the next day saying they were impressed with my resume and wanted me to take an assessment which was then emailed to me. I took the online assessment which had your basic personality questions but also a part where simulated calls came in and you had to take their information and input it into a system and type quick as it was timed. I received an email the next day setting up a phone interview. They called and during the phone interview asked me questions like, "do you know what ISP stands for" (Internet Service Provider) "what is an example of one" (Cox), "Can you give me an example of a internet browser" (Firefox), "what is a search engine" (Google), "what is hosting" (where you rent space to publish your website), "what is a URL" (the entire web address of a site), what is a "domain" (the part in a URL that distinguishes a business or website specifically). They also asked why I wanted to work for them and what would make me a good fit and where I would ultimately like to end up there. They liked my answers and asked me to come in for a final interview but I had to tell them the next day (day before in person interview) that I have accepted another job offer. Seems like a great company but I had too good of a job offer somewhere else.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at GoDaddy (Glendale, AZ) in Sep 2021
Interview
Chill and to the point, talked to a person in senior management and he went over my qualifications. They just want to make sure you're a charismatic, well. Articulated, and driven person.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at GoDaddy (Phoenix, AZ) in Feb 2016
Interview
First interview is a phone interview, and if you do good on phone they will schedule in person interview. Just be yourself! They are looking for very charismatic people to be apart of their community! Don't be nervous about the tech stuff because they will teach you! They want to make sure you are good with customers and can sell to them. Interview process was fairly easy they ask what are cookies and cache. What are servers? What is a domain? Have you heard about us. etc. Light tech questions that you do not have to know but I assume you make a good impression if you do know,
