I had an interview with a TA person. She turned up 10 min late, I was writing an email (while waiting on the call) when she turned up. I asked if everything was ok and said that I was flexible so we could reschedule the call - she said there was no need and apologised as her manager came to her desk one minute before the scheduled meeting for an urgent matter. The interview itself was pleasant enough (friendly and respectful). At the end I asked "what is best thing about Glovo according to you?" and strangely enough the answer was focused more on the downside than up (pressure, long hours ect..), at least that's the feeling I had. The feeling I got from her is that she was under some pressure, I don't feel like I had her full attention. The questions were the typical ones. the company seems like a good place to work if you're ready to put in the hours and give it all you got, seems like a place with good growth opportunities although the interview process seems tedious ( even though I didn't get far).
