- PDFs with a lot of information about the company and history;
- Interview about the company, position and candidate background with some technical questions;
- Test code and business case.
For the feedback, they just sent an automatic email without an explanation for my disqualification even though I requested feedback to improve my performance.
The recruitment process consists of three main steps: first, an HR interview to evaluate motivation, personality, and cultural fit; second, a technical interview to assess theoretical knowledge and problem-solving skills; third, a technical interview combined with a practical assessment to test hands-on abilities and real-world application of skills.

Interview
Very lengthy interview process going through many people. Fairly "casual" conversations in general but needing to be vetted by as many people as possible. Superficially, everyone is extremely nice, but when it comes to transparency, ultimately, it leaves a lot to be desired. Ghosted after last round after wasting my time in 5 interviews and doing technical challenges. Don't even have the decency to answer candidates. Avoid!

- Technical test/take-away assignment for developing some pipelines with orchestration and then data modelling. Fairly easy. - Non-technical focused a lot on motivation and just trying to making you say stupid things to get rejected.
