very long interview process, application followed by aptitude test, behavioural test and excel tests, over 3 weeks, 3 interviews, business case presentation then no offer. Overall, would not recommend for interviewing or applying as its a big waste of time, No consideration for the fact that their process is long and tedious and requires constant requests to take off and leave days just to get a regret letter. This company only hire people who have worked in a similar industry. Overall; a very distasteful experience.

Only got to the first interview with HR. Generic questions and overall easy interview. The interviewer was very nice and the interview went very smooth but in the end I got a rejection email.

Es un proceso de selección demasiado largo y no está bien llevado. Te mantienen durante semanas sin ninguna actualización, las entrevistas como tal son demasiado densas y duran una hora, no merece la pena pasar por todo el proceso si no tienes mucha experiencia en empresas de delivery.
Los entrevistadores hacen preguntas demasiado concretas y esperan que respondas lo que ellos quieren aunque te digan que ninguna respuesta es incorrecta. Si llegas a la fase final tienes que presentar un business case muy extenso, lo cual me parece exagerado para el tipo de trabajo.
En general no lo recomiendo como proceso de seleccion, ya que tampoco te hablan de las condiciones de la empresa ni del salario, pero sí te dicen que esperan que termines tus pendientes del dia aunque eso implique quedarte más de tu jornada.

The interview was quick and confusing. It seemed like the interviewers wanted to end it as quick as possible. The asked some questions related to possible scenarios but with basically no context. They also asked for glovo values.
