Went throuhg the first stage, consisting of a Psycho-aptitude test + Excel quiz. Overall a very underwhelming experience, the test consists of simple numeric series, basic math exercises and not-so-simple visual tests (e.g. spot the differences, sort the figures in the right order etc.). The visual tests in particular depend really much on sight capabilities rather than attention to detail (a person with visual impariment of sorts would be put at significant disadvantage). In the Excel quiz at least one question had no correct answer among the options provided.

I asked for a specific salary in my first discussion with the HR and they agreed. After four interviews and solving a business case they told me I got the job but their offer was much lower than what we initially discussed. Of course, I declined the offer. It was a complete waste of time and one of the most unprofessional experiences I have ever been through. I strongly recommend you to avoid this company. If you want to be paid below the market level for doing a complex job apply to their positions.
