There are 5 steps for the process. First interview with the HR representative, second round with a person of the team you might be working with, then they will send you an exercise (with business questions and 2 technical exercises - to test your technical skills - in my case with SQL and R/Python), third interview will be to cover questions about the business case done, forth will be about pure leadership skills and the last one will be to meet the team.
