The best part is you get a pdf beforehand that explains the steps in detail. In short, there are four steps:
- Short tech call (basic sql, git, etc. knowledge);
- Take-home assignment (business question, basic sql and python skills);
- Longer tech call (advanced topics, review take-home assignment);
- Culture fit call (more general engineering and problem solving questions, etc.)

You can expect technical questions of similar difficulty as "What is the difference between truncate and delete?"

Interview
Very lengthy interview process going through many people. Fairly "casual" conversations in general but needing to be vetted by as many people as possible. Superficially, everyone is extremely nice, but when it comes to transparency, ultimately, it leaves a lot to be desired. Ghosted after last round after wasting my time in 5 interviews and doing technical challenges. Don't even have the decency to answer candidates. Avoid!

- Technical test/take-away assignment for developing some pipelines with orchestration and then data modelling. Fairly easy. - Non-technical focused a lot on motivation and just trying to making you say stupid things to get rejected.
