Interview
The recruiting process at Glovo is long and exhausting. I understand the company wants to recruit the best talent... however I didn't feel like I was interviewed by excellent professionals. I was in 2 processes with Glovo, both included 5 steps: HR interview, peer-to-peer interview, pratical exercise, manager interview and executive level interview. The exercise is interesting but demanding in terms of time. While they are interested on you the process flows very quickly, however, when they loose interest on you there is no more communication and when you get a rejection at stage 4/5 there is no personalized feedback, just an automated rejection email. Everybody is really nice throughout the process but the rejection part is really poor.

Varias fases, entrevistas y presentación de caso ante distintos stakeholders dentro de la empresa. Duración aproximada 1 mes desde el inicio hasta el job offer. Intenso y con varias etapas.
Llamada con Rrhh para valoración inicial y luego una entrevista con alguien del mismo rango del puesto al que estaba aplicando, donde me hicieron varias preguntas duro alrededor de 30 minutos

Interview
The interview took place in 4 stages. That dragged on for a month. 3 interviews and 2 test tasks. The interviews were not difficult, as were the test tasks, but each stage took about a week.
