I first received a link for an online test and, after that, got an interview with HR - pretty standard.
They I had 4 interviews (team, manager, top management), each of those featuring business cases, even though they did not let me know about it first! (Be ready!)

I sent in my resume did an online assessment and had an interview with the recruiter who proceeded to ghost me after telling me that I'd passed the first round.

Esperienza pregressa, motivazione al cambiamento, casi pratici.
The recruiter was nice and friendly, although she needed to reschedule 1 interview due to unforeseen circumstances, and I was waiting in vain in the call. She wrote to me about the cancellation of this call an hour later, which is not a good etiquette. For the 2nd call she was 8 minutes late, also without informing in advance.
