I applied through Linkedin. 2 days later I received an invitation to a Universal Cognitive and Personality Assessment test, which took almost 2 hours to complete. The day after completing the test, I was invited to the first interview with HR. The first interview was very quick, only 10-15 min long, and a little bit impersonal. Afterward, I was invited to a second interview with the manager. The second interview was 45 min long. There were several difficult questions, but I felt very comfortable and it was a very enjoyable conversation. Four days later, I received an e-mail informing me that they had decided not to move forward with my candidacy. The experience with Glovo's interview process for me was very positive. They keep you informed during all the steps and although I wasn't selected for the role I still learned a lot from this experience.
