Il colloquio si è svolto in inglese via piattaforma digitale insieme alla recruiter HR incaricata di Italia e Polonia. Dopo una dettagliata introduzione al ruolo si è passati ad approfondire la mia esperienza precedente e la mia motivazione ad entrare in Glovo.

Interview
Very lengthy & time consuming interview process: 2 aptitude tests, 4 interviews (one with Hq HR, another with Sales Manager, General Manager and finally with a panel). I was also given a business case to present. The entire interview could have taken a month, fast paced but required that you heavily prep before each step.

Interview
Had an zoom interview, which went well. After which there was an analytics challenge. I did not pass this stage and the interview process ended here. The challenge was a difficult, but the zoom interview went very well. Usual questions asked.
