it was fast and easy. I got a call the next day to schedule for a second interview. Got the offer and I asked if there's room to negotiate. They gave me an update that they are waiting for approval but they called me back later on to tell me that they proceeded with another candidate. I was disappointed, they could have told me that there was no room to negotiate. Poor communication and I wish they were more honest
