I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at GlobalFoundries (Singapore) in May 2014
Interview
Quite friendly interviewers. General questions first and then gradually touch technical part. it seems like they were more concern about your team work rather than technical strength. same feedback from other colleagues when we chatted about the processes.

Interview
Had a phone interview after my resume got forwarded to a R&D manager by a mutual friend. Phone interview reviewed my resume and asked questions to make sure that I actually knew what I was claiming on the resume with several probing questions to determine "resume inflation."
2 weeks later went called for onsite interview and met with 6 different people (5 technical) and finishing with HR. Met with process experts in implant, cleans, CMP, integration etc. and they asked about their areas after selecting a couple of my projects I had successfully completed
