Interview
It was at a job fair and all applicants had to pass a typing test. Then you will wait to meet with a HR. I waited til they call my name. I met with the HR and he was really nice to me. I'm so thankful for the opportunity.
Same day interview and if you got the job, they will tell you immediately after you interview. It’s king of a revolving door of employees if we’re being honest. I declined the role because they only wanted to pay $15 an hour despite my experience.

Question 1
What are some of your strengths from your last position.
Via zoom and was very straightforward talked about my work history and about the company. Talked about the customers I’ll be handling over the phone and the third party customers they’re connected with
The interview was very fast and easy. Simple career background questions. It lasted roughly 15 minutes or so and the interviewer was very polite. She made the process very comfortable as well. She provided lots of information in a small amount of time.
