The first in-person job interview is typically a one-on-one interview between the applicant and a hiring manager. The interviewer will ask questions about the applicant's experience and skills, work history, availability, and the qualifications the company is seeking in the optimal candidate for the job.

I applied online. I interviewed at Global (Milton Keynes, England)
Interview
A stupid, 15-part series of "silly" questions and tasks that took about 8 hours to complete in order to assess personality, creativity and general fit for the role. This was followed by a conventional interview. I then didn't hear back about the role for several weeks. After repeatedly chasing them I was informed there had been an internal restructuring and the role no longer existed. Complete and utter waste of time.
I interviewed at Global (London, England) in Nov 2021
Interview
Very straigtforward, the Recruitment contact was very informative and helpful.
The hiring manager was inviting and engaging.
There were 2 interviews for the role I went for and these were scheduled in quickly within a week of each other which allowed me time to prepare.
