Face to face relaxed environment. The interviewer made me feel very comfortable. He asked a lot of questions and allowed me time to answer. He described my the job description and duties clearly and asked if I had any questions for him.

Interview
To get this position, I had a phone interview with the HR assistant, the hiring director, four team leads, the executive assistant, and the CEO. Yes, you read that correctly. I had the phone interview one day and had to make three separate visits to three locations for the additional interviews. By comparison, the more reputable and significantly higher paying form I am now with, had me do one phone interview, one face-to-face, and then one day for personality exams.
